Another rave review for Flight Attendant Justin James!

We are frequently contacted by our passengers regarding Flight Attendant Justin James’ outstanding customer service, and the accolades keep rolling in.  Here’s the latest:

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing to send tremendous accolades to the flight attendant on our flight from Washington/Dulles to St. Louis on Saturday, August 9, 2014 (Flight UA3434).

Myself, my husband, and our 4-year-old daughter were on the last leg of a very long journey from Munich to home.  Exhaustion had set in and none of us were in a very good mood.  As we boarded the plane, we were met by a warm, friendly face with a name tag that read JJ which I later found out was short for Justin.  Justin was so extremely pleasant without sounding fake or rehearsed; he made our final flight a pleasurable experience.  From treating my daughter as a person, rather than the grumpy 4-year-old that she was…to assisting a family 5 rows up that was on their way home from Ethiopia with their newly adopted daughter. His service was stellar and I felt a need to share this.  I was so moved by his genuine care and concern for the passengers on the flight, I was inclined to inquire how I could contact his superiors.  Working in management, I realize that generally customer emails are complaints, and I know that it is very nice to receive a compliment from time to time.

Employees that go above and beyond the call of duty are such a rare asset.  You certainly have a gem in Justin.  It was my pleasure to travel with your airline.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thank you.

Lori
